INSTRUCTIONS


NOTICE

if you show any symPtoms of sickness (runny nose, cough, etc), i will cancel our appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. Please just reschedule.

My safety and health is important to me and my family and so i hope you take my requirements seriously and reschedule as needed. All information above is still Necessary even if you are vaccinated.

Preparation

IF YOU CHANGE YOUR INSTAGRAM HANDLE, LET MY ASSISTANT OR MYSELF KNOW. I can’t search for you to discuss anything appointment related if you don’t show up when I search for the handle you booked with.

•Please make sure to take the day off and do not have any plans that coincide closely with the tattoo appointment.  The process takes a while and putting a time constraint on that is never a good idea.

•cash is the only accepted payment method. Paypal, venmo, zelle, etc. is not accepted day of.

•BRING VALID GOVERNMENT IDENTIFICATION

• as a reminder, my sessions are priced by half day and full day. Half day rate is either $800 (<2 hours) or $1,200 (<4hours). Full day rate (>6 hours) is $2000.

•moisturize the tattoo area several times a day in the week leading up to the appointment. It makes the session shorter and makes it hurt less, to put it simply.

•DO NOT GET Another TATTOO LESS THAN 2 weeks before your appointment with me. I may postpone your appointment if you have a fresh tattoo.

•do not shave the tattoo area prior to the appointment if it’s an area you don’t usually sHave. If there is a lot of hair in the area, please trim the area to make shaving easier.

•Purchase all necessary aftercare items before your appointment, as you may need them the same day you get your tattoo! Necessary items can be found here

•Make sure to get plenty of sleep the night before the appointment.

•if you are sick, please reschedule your appointment with me. Please do not bring a friend who is sick.

•Make sure to have a good meal prior to the tattoo within a normal time frame, and feel free to bring snacks for the duration of/right before the tattoo.

•Hydrate properly before the appointment, and feel free to bring a water bottle to the appointment.

•Please avoid taking blood thinning medication such as ibuprofen, drinking alcohol, and drinking coffee the Day before / Day of your appointment, as it thins your blood, which leads to excess bleeding and several other negative issues with the tattooing process. I’ve sent people home with half finished tattoos because of this.

•wear a black Shirt for tattoos On Any part of the arms as to noT interfere with the contrast on our pictures aFter your sesh.  

•Prepare appropriate clothing accessories for the occasion, for example;

  • Tank top for upper arm tattoos

  • Shorts for leg tattoos

  • Tieable bikini for hips/thigh tattoos

  • Bikini top & pasties for stomach/ribs/sternum/back tattoos

  • Zippable hoodie for back tattoos

TERMS

  • Parking is plentiful but not guaranteed. I Strongly suggest taking an uber to avoid having to worry about finding parking. Seriously trust me lol

  • Once you’ve arrived, press #4927 on the callbox to open it. I am in unit 203, on the second floor.

  • Feel free to message me if youre confused!

  • Please do not show up early, as i may be still setting up or with another client (Seriously though i wont let you in until its time for your sesh); please do not be late, as it interferes with my scheduling

  • Feel free to bring a friend with you to keep you company!

  • NO PETS ALLOWED, absolutely no exceptions.


 

Late Arrival

You are expected to be on time to your appointment at the time and date discussed and verified with my assistant. If you are running late to your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.  I understand that things happen, and sometimes you don’t make your ETA, therefore a grace period of 15 minutes will be granted to every appointment (special exceptions may allow for a longer grace period, however it is up to my discretion).

If later than 15 minutes, deposit will be forfeited, even if tattoo session is still honored. Tattoo session may be cancelled if client is late since it would make me late for my following appointment.

Rescheduling

Should you find yourself in a situation in which you cannot make your appointment, please inform me as soon as possible so I can plan accordingly.  Don’t worry too much about it, life happens.  I ask, however, that at least a 7 day notice be given, otherwise your deposit will be forfeited. I only allow one reschedule. If a new rate has taken effect, you will be moved to the new rate along with the reschedule.
If you need to be rescheduled, you will have to resubmit a booking form, but will receive priority booking in order to ensure you get booked. A new deposit will need to be made if less than 7 days notice is given. A reschedule request must be submitted within 3 months of your original appointment in order for it to be considered valid.

Cancellation

If appointment is cancelled, your deposit will be forfeited and your design will be available for someone else to claim.  Should you want to schedule another appointment, another deposit will have to be made.  The same rules apply to no-shows.

If an appointment is cancelled a second time, I will no longer accept booking requests from you. If a no-show occurs, I will no longer accept booking requests from you.

Design Change

If you decide you want to change your design, I need at least a one week notice. Please keep in mind that it’s possible I won’t be comfortable with the design request and may deny it, at which point we can choose to either cancel the appointment or continue with the old design. I will only allow designs to be changed one time, since constant changing of designs is not conducive to a smooth booking process. Thank you.
